Our Mission:
Our Resort Property Management Services are designed to provide Second Homeowner's with quality tenants and hassle-free maintenance that provides revenue to off-set the costs of your Statesman Resort Suite while you are away. Our on-site property management office is professionally staffed to provide our customers with a worry free experience, while we help you to maximize the value of your property. The Resort Property Management includes the following services:
- Provide multiple property photos for flyers and other marketing efforts such as internet promotions, and newspaper advertisements, and travel packages
- Arrange personal showings of your property to prospective tenants and leasing agents
- Execute contracts for utilities, housekeeping, etc., necessary for the superior operation maintenenace, safety, and turn-over of the property
- Collect rents and other resident-tenant monthly obligations
- Negotiate the terms of tenant's leases and secure the appropriate lease documents
- Provide move-in and move-out services
- Conduct periodic property inspections during the lease term
- Arrange for vendor repatis, pest extermination, housekeeping, and linen service
- Schedule and oversee maintenance requests
- Extend wholesale pricing discounts available through Statesman Resort's VIP Club
- Provide monthly accounting statements
- Disperse Operating Revenues Monthly
